These Terms govern access to and use of private online domination and related digital services offered under the name Mistress Arielle (“the Service”). By joining a room, purchasing time, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is adult in nature and is not intended for minors.
The Service provides private, consensual adult power-exchange sessions, including text, audio, video, and interactive features as enabled by Mistress. Content may include strict domination, psychological intensity, and related themes. Nothing on the Service is medical, therapeutic, or legal advice.
Access to a session is typically by room name or link issued for that engagement. You are responsible for keeping any link or room identifier confidential. Sharing access without permission may result in termination without refund.
Session time and packages are paid through the designated payment provider (e.g. Stripe). Prices are as shown at checkout. Successful payment credits time to the relevant room according to the package purchased. Card data is processed by the payment provider; it is not stored on this website’s servers.
Unless required by law, fees for completed or commenced digital session time are non-refundable. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may result in permanent ban and further action where appropriate.
Breach may result in immediate removal from sessions and permanent denial of future access.
All activity is between consenting adults. You are responsible for communicating limits. Either party may end a session. Online domination is fantasy and role-based within agreed boundaries; it does not create offline obligations beyond what is expressly agreed in writing.
You agree to handle all session-related information discreetly. Public posting of private session details, media, or identifying information about Mistress without permission is prohibited.
The Service depends on third-party infrastructure (hosting, databases, real-time messaging, video). Availability is not guaranteed. Outages, device issues, or network problems on your side do not automatically entitle you to a refund, though goodwill adjustments may be considered at Mistress’s discretion.
Branding, text, design, and session materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy or commercially exploit Service content.
The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific session time giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s primary place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where they legally apply.
